This Jamaican seasoning is great for every day dishes for meat, fish, poultry, potatoes & vegetables or even heat and sprinkle over popcorn or mixed through rice.  It's main flavour has a nice & spicy but not too hot.  Great with lamb on a kebab.  Combine with your favoured oil and use as a marinade.
